• All fees must be paid on or before the 5th day of each calendar month.
• Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Health & Safety

• The academy provides basic first aid treatment only.
• The academy is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring on the premises.
• Any pre-existing medical condition is the responsibility of the student and/or parents/guardians.

3. Personal Belongings

• Students are responsible for their belongings.
• The academy is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

4. Property Damage

• Any damage caused to academy property must be repaired or replaced at the student’s expense.

5. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain discipline and respectful behavior.
• Misconduct may result in disciplinary action.
• The academy’s decision is final and binding.

6. Uniform Policy

• Students must wear the prescribed uniform during training.

7. Enrollment Agreement

• By enrolling, students/guardians confirm all information is accurate and agree to these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

• The academy may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
